Warning! "Adult Reading"

When I was little I believed in Santa Claus. I don't really remember exactly when the illusion disappeared and reality dawned on me, but I can say I don't think I was very old.

By this statement I'm not pretending that I was an exceptionally clever child, it is just that when your dad/uncle/grandpa disappears in order to take care of odd errands precisely five minutes before Santa comes in... Especially when such Santa has a meager look about him. The (fake) beard is there and the clothes are nearly right, but as soon as he looks you in the eye and ask if you have been a god girl you just know…

I guess the distraction of presents can make you blind for a few years but then the question will come out and I guess that most families go with the same story: "Santa is so busy, too many children to visit, and dad kind of knows Santa so he helps out some times…"

I find it strange that we (Sweden as a nation) couldn't keep up a little bit more mystique about this guy. Why not a sneakier approach to keep the mystery alive for just a little bit longer...

Merry Christmas! anyway, I know it's a little late but I really do hope you all had a good one and will have a Happy New Year.

Lots of hugs! Ho ho ho!

Ladies and Gentlemen, here is, finally, Frikaworld shop

So finally after a lot of talk about creating the Frikaworld shop I am now happy to say that it is up and running. It is starting out very small, with only one design so far but soon it will grow.

The shop is powered by Cafepress, which means that they take care of the orders, the payment and shipping. So I can just concentrate on coming up with interesting ideas (which I am sure will be fun).
